The villa features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with two bar areas and a wine cooler, and a dramatic two-level living room with a large sofa and TV. Both main-level bedrooms include spacious private lofts with ocean views—ideal for remote work. One bedroom connects to a secluded outdoor bathtub enclosure where you can soak under the stars. The other two bedrooms offer ocean views right from the beds, laptop-friendly workspaces, and direct access to an oversized terrace partially shaded by pergolas—perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the breeze. Outdoors, a covered backyard patio with a pergola stretches across the living and dining areas, complete with a wet bar and stainless-steel gas grill, all surrounded by a lush tropical garden. From the patio lounge and the outdoor bar window, you’ll enjoy stunning ocean views through the villa—creating the unique sensation of being aboard a ship. The villa’s levels are connected by exterior staircases—one near the pool and two along either side of the house.
