Highlights include full renovations to the kitchen & bathrooms, an above ground hot tub, an open front yard area w/ canopy covering, 2 sun loungers, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Street parking if needed is usually plentiful any time of day. Central AC & Heating. Other things to note * NOTE ON PETS: Pets (Dogs only please. Sorry, but no cats!) are considered on a case by case basis, dependent on factors such as size, breed, age, and personality, to name a few. Pets are subject to an additional pet fee (dogs must be accounted for on the main listing page when you are submitting a request to book) AND a REFUNDABLE pet deposit, as well. Any pet fees and pet deposits need to be sent over to us & secured prior to check in. Thank you! ** SMOKING: Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the home only. Additionally, there will be a (refundable) smoking deposit charged and held during the reservation. Smoking deposit will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no evidence that you smoked inside the house (which is, again, against our rules) & as long as there is no smoking paraphernalia, cigarette butts, vape sticks, wrappers, cartridges, etc etc. left behind in the outside areas. Please monitor, clean up, and throw away any evidence of you/your group's smoking habit before your final check out! No exceptions! *** LONG TERM BOOKING NOTE: If you're interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out and inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM, MID TERM, AND LONG TERM RENTAL PERIODS. Just let us know your desired rental length! You can request to book through Airbnb for any booking length without inquiring with us beforehand if your entire dates appear available on the calendar, just FYI. **** If you are traveling with a newborn, infant, or any young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a travel crib/pack & play during your stay, you must request those items to be provided in the house in advance of your check in date. If this is ignored, it's possible these items won't be available during your stay. Again, it is a guest/guests responsibility to ask for these things in advance if they will be needed.
