Our stylish one bedroom/one bath second-floor guest house apartment (separate from the main home with private entry) is the ideal space for individuals or couples who want to visit the city. Located ideally in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in midtown Atlanta. You're within walking distance to Piedmont Park (one block), The Beltline (3 blocks), Fox Theatre, and The High Museum. What's more, it's just a short ride to the Georgia Aquarium, and the Zoo. There is not a better location in ATL. The space The property is a private apartment with its own entrance. It is located on the second story of our carriage house in the back of our residence. A private parking pad for one standard sized car (no very large trucks) is available for your use directly behind the apartment. There is no smoking or vaping in the apartment nor anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed in the apartment or on the property. Multiple security cameras and motion detecting lights monitor both the parking pad and your private entrance. Guest access Guests have a private entrance off of our parking pad. There are two keyless locks to gain access to the apartment, one on a gate and one on the apartment door. There are security cameras that monitor both the parking pad and the apartment entrance. Other things to note Because of the modest size of our apartment, there is no room to host events or meeting of more than 4 people at a time. But, there are plenty of locations close by to host both. I am happy to give suggestions.
