Off the dining room is the family room, which doubles as a bedroom. It contains a queen Murphy bed, which effortlessly converts to a sofa for daytime use. There is a full bathroom in the family room. A large back patio can be reached from the kitchen or the family room. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed (not a Murphy bed!) and the other bedroom has a twin bed. A 2nd twin bed can either be set up in this room or in the alcove on the lower level (basement.) Or, the twins can be combined into a king-size bed. You will occupy the first and second floors of this beautiful Craftsman. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the 2nd floor: One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has 1-2 twin beds that can be combined to form a king. The main floor has a large, light-filled bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fully renovated, and contain every modern convenience. However, the house retains its historic charm, with hardwood floors, stained glass, covered porch, heavy molding, built-in cabinets, and quirky corners. A covered back deck can be accessed from the kitchen or main floor bedroom. It is part of a fenced, private back yard. There is a large dining table for relaxing and eating outdoors. The covered front porch is another great place to relax. There is plenty of free street parking. There is no laundry facility available. However, there are several laundromats in the neighborhood.
