Farm: The Podere Doganelle purchased by Orlando Pazzagli in the early 1900s, is located in the heart of the Maremma and has ancient origins. It owes its name to the ancient customs house that, located there, controlled salt traffic in the Middle Ages. It is currently managed by Giulio and Tommaso Bocci, Orlando's great-grandchildren. The Tuscan farm covers 115 hectares, cultivated mainly with wheat, sunflowers, tomatoes and alfalfa, with a centuries-old olive grove.
