Guest access The building has common areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, grill area, coworking and laundry. The common areas must be coordinated and reserved with the host before being used. The grill area has an additional cleaning fee and a guarantee fee that will be returned if the space is used properly. Other things to note The use of the common areas must be coordinated with the host to manage the reservation prior availability. For the use of common areas, please take into consideration: 1. Swimming pool and jacuzzi: -The hours of use of the pool are from 05:00 am to 10:00 pm. -A MANDATORY fine will be charged if water is left in the corridors or lift. -Children under 13 years of age must have adult supervision at all times. 2. Terrance Grill: -The hours of use are 10:00 am to 05:00 pm and 06:30 to 11:00 pm. -For the use of the space you must request a reservation indicating date and time. Gym: -The timetable for use is S/. 50.00 soles: -The hours of use are from 50:00 am to 10:00 pm. -Children under 13 years of age are not allowed to use the machines. 4. Coworking: -The hours of use Monday through Friday are from 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. -Minors are not allowed to use the coworking space. -The consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the coworking. -Pets are not allowed. 5. Game Zone: -The hours of use are from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. For the exclusive reservation of the area, a deposit of S/.200.00 (Two Hundred and 00/100 Soles) must be made to cover expenses in case of any damage; this deposit or its balance will be returned once the state of the facilities has been verified. -S/. 50.00 soles must be allocated for the cleaning of the area.
