This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require background check process for a small fee. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $50 per month ($80 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month maximum one pet only. Pets are welcome for a fee of $30 per night, with a limit of one pet. Please note that approval is required for each pet.
