Just a minute's walk from the tranquil Kihim Beach, our new 8 BHK Sea Shore Villa is a luxurious sanctuary in Alibaug. Surrounded by towering palm trees, the villa promises solitude and peace away from the urban rush. The exclusive property is a perfect blend of natural beauty and sophisticated living. The villa's twelve bedrooms are havens of tranquility, adorned with neutral-colored furnishings that speak of understated luxury, ensuring cozy night's . The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa boasts 8 bedrooms 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra bedding available on request. - All Bedrooms have an attached balcony. - Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. - The Television in the bedrooms is not functional yet. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 14 people on the sofa. - A television set is available in the living room for your entertainment. Bathrooms: - All bedrooms are attached to a washroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available to use. Outdoor Area: - An outhouse that consists of a 15 seater dining table. It also has a table tennis for your enjoyment. - The villa has a spacious private pool for your group to unwind. - An additional outdoor seating area with a 4 seater sofa. - A cricket turf is available on the terrace. Additional Amenities: - Games such as carrom and badminton are available. - Secured parking space for 2 cars is available - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required (upon request) - Barbecue and bonfire facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. Other things to note - Sea Shore Villa is a 12 BHK Villa. Guests will have access to only 8 bedrooms, rest of the 4 bedrooms will be locked and not accessible to the guests for use throughout the stay. However the property will be accessible to the guests solely who booked the 8 BHK, no other bookings will be taken for the remaining 4 BHK. - Outside food or meals are not allowed at the property - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 15,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
