Escape to Sea Shore Villa, a stunning 12BHK private pool villa nestled near the serene shores of Kihim Beach in Alibaug. Surrounded by swaying palm trees and coastal charm, this spacious retreat is designed for large families, friends, celebrations, corporate offsites, and special gatherings. The villa offers twelve well-appointed bedrooms with attached bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa boasts 12 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms located on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor. - All bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra bedding available on request. - All Bedrooms have an attached balcony. - Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 14 people on the sofa. - A television set is available in the living room for your entertainment. Bathrooms: - All bedrooms are attached to a washroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available to use. - Outside meals are not permitted in the property. - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. Outdoor Area: - An outhouse that consists of a 15 seater dining table. It also has a table tennis for your enjoyment. - The villa has a spacious private pool for your group to unwind. - An additional outdoor seating area with a 4 seater sofa. - A cricket turf is available on the terrace. -Outdoor furniture is removed due to monsoon season. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay, here are a few simple house guidelines. ⚡ **Power Backup & Connectivity** • As our villas are nestled amidst nature, occasional electricity or Wi-Fi interruptions may occur during extreme weather. • Inverter backup supports **lights & fans for up to 3 hours** *(subject to guest usage).* ACs and high-power appliances will not operate during backup. Generator backup is available on request at an additional cost. 🏊 **Pool & Outdoor Areas** • **Pool Access:** **1-night stays:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | **2+ night stays:** Pool access is available throughout your stay until **10:00 PM daily** *(except on checkout morning).* • Proper swimwear is mandatory. Please avoid food, beverages, glassware, and **NO pets in the pool**. • Outdoor music is permitted at a decent volume until **10:00 PM**. After that, you're welcome to continue indoors at a respectful volume. DJs and heavy sound systems are strictly not permitted & will be confiscated. 💳 **Arrival & Check-in** • A **refundable security deposit** is collected during check-in and refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages, outstanding dues, house guidelines are followed, and checkout is completed on time. • Any pending booking balance must be cleared within the first hour of check-in. A valid Government-issued photo-address ID is mandatory for all guests (**PAN Card is not accepted**). 🍳 **Kitchen & Guest Services** • The kitchen is available for light cooking (Tea, Coffee & Maggi) and reheating meals. • Chef services, BBQ arrangements, and **meal packages starting at ₹1,200/ person/ day** are available on prior request. • Caretaker assistance is available until **11:00 PM**.
