Originally built in 1950, it was recently renovated to offer all the modern comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay. Actually, it is our home whenever we are in town and that is why you will recognise a personal touch. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room that opens up to a large private garden and pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up delicious meals to enjoy with friends and family. It goes without saying that the house boasts high-speed Wifi, cable TV, HiFI sound system, allowing you to stream your personal services, like Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Upstairs, three cosy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a separate bathroom. Outside, you are surrounded by a 400sqm private garden with swimming pool, where you can sunbathe or use the barbecue grill. And in the front-yard you can park your car and use the EV charger if necessary. There are also poles to park and lock bicycle, should you decide to rent some.
