Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside. The space The entrance is accessible by stairs with a few steps. Ground floor: Living room/Dining room/Equipped kitchen (with Sodastream, Koening multifunction robot, De'longhi coffee machine accepting ground coffee or beans, raclette machine, etc.) /Laundry room/WC 1st floor: 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds with separate mattresses. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (same configuration), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 large games room equipped with a ping pong table (old) and a René Pierre "Leader" foosball table. CAUTION: Optional and extra charges include linens (sheets, etc.), cleaning and use of the wood stove during the bad season. Options to be paid on-site if interested: - Cleaning package: €120 -Linen linen package: sheets and towels €13/people. - Wood package if using the stove: €15 for 2 nights then €6/additional days On the other hand, a travel crib with sheets, a scalable high chair, and a scalable potty for toddlers are available free of charge. Central heating consisting of high-performance electric radiators is included in the rental price. IMPORTANT: Children are under the necessary supervision of parents around the bay and the river. The owner is not responsible for drowning or accidents with the river. Guest access Access to the river is private, it belongs to the mill so you will be the only ones to have access to the Sioule. The rental includes the entire accommodation without the basement, its land with the banks of the Sioule and its access road. The gate of the cottage is located at the end of the Rochocol road which is a cul-de-sac. The private road leading to the cottage is suitable for vehicles. You can: - park in single file next to the front door of the cottage - park in the hairpin bend at the top of the cottage, towards the lean-to Other things to note * For safety reasons the basement will not be accessible but access possible for a small visit to the mill mechanism. * Pets are allowed but under these conditions: - No damage to the property -No access to floors and therefore to bedrooms/bathrooms. -No access to sofas, tables and kitchen. - Obligation to collect their waste in the grounds and path. I reserve an extra fee if unfortunately not done! - if you do not carry it in your arms outside (size, etc.), please provide enough to wipe it off in case of bad weather (mud/rain) when it enters the mill. * Sheet dimensions for those who wish to bring their own: - 90*200 fitted sheets - For 1 person duvets (11 total): Provide duvet covers in 140*200 - rectangular pillows. A square cover doesn't bother either. - For duvets for 2 people in 160. Provide duvet covers 240*260. This is in the case of "shared duvet" when the 2 single beds are attached.
