Our house is only 800 meters (a 10-minute walk) from the beach and Juquehy's main shopping areas. With all the amenities you need, we're ready to welcome you. The space House located in a gated community with a shared pool, 800 meters from the beach. It has 3 en-suites, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, all on the second floor / 1 living room with SmartTV and sofa bed that accommodates two people / 2 social bathrooms / 1 fully equipped kitchen / 1 outdoor area with barbecue and shower / 220V outlets. Guest access The condominium pool is available until 9 p.m., it is forbidden to take glasses, cups and glass bottles / 1 parking space for a vehicle inside the condominium (it is necessary to use a nameplate) / it is forbidden to receive visitors / it is necessary to share the name and document of all guests and vehicle data / loud sound only until 10 p.m.
