Excellent apartment near the beach

Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish and spacious place. We are well located between gas stations 9 and 10, 400 meters from the beach. The apartment is on the main street with easy access to Bosque de Marapendi, several restaurants, bakery, fitness center, bars, pharmacy, shopping and public transportation (BRT and Bus). The space The space is large and furnished in very good taste. Everything is new and complete with kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. Garage for 2 cars. The voltage is 110V and we have fiber optic internet. We do not have a protective net on the balcony/windows, but the balcony is enclosed with a glass curtain. The apartment is super nice and is on the 1st floor, just two flights of stairs, if you don't want to use the elevator. The building has only 7 units and is located in the Recreio dos Bandeirantes beach region where it is forbidden to build buildings above three floors, so we do not have a playground, fitness center or ballroom. Guest access The Recreio dos Bandeirantes neighborhood is quiet. We are in the region where there are only three-story buildings, served by several bus lines and with good restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery nearby. The apartment is 400 meters from the beach, which has kiosks, McDonald's and good restaurants on its waterfront. Easy access by car and with two parking spaces available. Barra World Shopping Street, Our Lady of Fatima Sanctuary and Bosque de Marapendi. Other things to note Garage door with remote control. Doorman/Caretaker from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday), from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Saturday), except Sunday/holiday without an employee. Access to the entrance can be via the garage or external gate that opens with the guest's/resident's common key. The listing includes a cleaning fee upon guest checkout; however, extra cleaning can be arranged if the guest wishes, as we have a dedicated cleaning lady.
