On the lower level is a 60m2 games room with a Bar, Pool table, Darts, 55 inch TV with Apple TV package and Sofa bed. The apartment has its own entrance and parking so it is totally independent from the main house. Guests have sole use of the games room, large terrace and swimming pool which can be heated for an extra charge. The space The Apartment has 3 bedrooms, the master has a Super King Bed, Bedroom 2 a King Size, Bedroom 3, two singles. There is also a double sofa bed in the games room. In the comfortable lounge there is a smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player with a huge DVD collection, books and games. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner and two bathrooms, one which leads onto the terrace for easy access from the pool. A special feature of this apartment which sets it apart is the 60m2 games room with Bar, Fridge, Pool table, Darts, 55inch TV with Apple TV, Apple Fitness, Apple Arcade (with controllers), Apple Music, a Sofa & Double Sofa bed. This area is such a bonus and a perfect fun way to spend an evening. There is also a private 25 msq swimming pool with sun loungers and meditation table for exclusive use of guests. It can be heated on request for an extra fee. Finally to relax and take in the beautiful views of the mountains and sea there is a large terrace for exclusive use for guests, with table and chairs to seat 6 people and a Gas BBQ. A beautiful setting to see the sun rise! This is truly a really special place. Guest access Guests have sole use of the games room which is accessed from the apartment or pool area and sole use of the swimming pool, large terrace and pool area. Please note that when renting the apartment, the top floor of the villa will be occupied only by the owners. They do not share any of the outside areas of the apartment or pool. They have their own separate outside areas away from the apartment, so privacy of guests is absolutely guaranteed. There is also a secure private gated driveway for two cars.
