There are a few things to know about this unit before booking- There is no laundry available, so you would have to use a laundromat for your clothes, but you'll have two set of sheets, and we offer to laundry towels and sheets once per month. We accept long term stays (indefinitely stays) If you stay longer than a month, I offer to vac once per month and spray cleaner in bathroom shower to prevent mold. The entire place indoor and outdoor is smoke free and only one car and one guest is allowed. No visitors, party or events are allowed.
