Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY! The space House is new, beautiful, clean and quiet. Located in a private backyard setting. Kitchenette offers a full fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, hot pot (for tea), tea bags, air fryer, plates, glass cups, paper plates, silverware, plastic cups, flatware, napkins, paper towels, and snacks. Smoking is permitted “outside” only. Guest access NO DIVING PLEASE. Guest have access to 20x40 concrete salt water swimming pool (with pool lights for night time swimming) and loungers. Pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep in the middle of the pool, and then 5 to 3 feet deep on both outer edges. Large pergola offers patio dining table seating for 6, with addition patio sofa and extra seating. Pool is only open from May - September (it is not a heated pool). The pool is steps away from the cabin and there is no fence around the pool, little ones must be attended at all time. Other things to note Cabin offers wifi. Nice cozy living room with TV that offers Netflix connection. Second floor is a large “loft” with a wall that separates the two rooms (there are no doors). Master bedroom offers a queen bed and a rollaway cot (if needed). The second bedroom has two twin beds. Again, this is a large “loft” sleeping area with a wall that divides the master from the kids room. Pack and Play is available. Sleeps five comfortably. There’s a $30.00 fee for extra guest. A $10.00 fee per pets with a limit of two and under 50 pounds. Pets must “NOT” be left unattended for more than 4 hours. Any property damages will be accessed. There are 13 steps to second floor, may not be suitable for the elderly. The bathroom tub is a deep step in tub and may not be suitable for the elderly. Iron and Ironing board are available. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY! Early check in allowed, but only if the house is cleaned and available. There’s a late checkout fee of $50.00 per half an hour.
