Located in the South of Berry in Saint Amand Montrond (2h45 from Paris), we will be happy to host you in our family home. You will find yourself in a quiet area 5 minutes from the city center and all these amenities. An exterior with a large swimming pool of 10x5 m, a pergola to relax, an outbuilding with room open to the outside and games room (billiards, baby,...) as well as a pétanque area The space Our 200 m2 house is located on the banks of the Canal du Berry (ideal for walks) and 2 steps from the city center (Restaurants, bars, supermarket, tobacco, ...) It consists of: - Ground floor: Kitchen open to a large living room and its extra fireplace The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) Laundry room with washing machine Bathroom + toilet 2 mezzanine bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is accessible via a miller's ladder) - upstairs: Bedroom with double bed with desk (ideal for teleworking, office chair + screen available) Bedroom with double bed + baby crib Bedroom with double bed Office with sofa bed considered an extra room (this room is connecting) Bathroom + toilet The 4 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with air conditioning. The exterior is a 2000 m2 garden composed of a large 10 x 5 m heated and fenced pool (available only between May 15 and September 30) as well as an air-conditioned outbuilding open to the outside offering a room (equipped kitchen, bar, mini living room, etc.) and a games room (billiards, foosball and darts). The pool table can be transformed into a table for a game of poker or board games. Bathroom + toilet is also available. You can also enjoy a large space to play petanque, ping pong, cornhole, molkky, Breton puck and all other games as well as a large barbecue. !!! Please note!!! : No outdoor parties after 10 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. The outbuilding with its mobile speaker will be available for your evenings. !!!
