This tree covered estate is fenced and gated with paved parking. Relax by the water of the private pond or try your hand at breaking the pond bass record at 10.6lbs. Take a dip in the pool before grilling your favorite meal. This private guest house is located on the grounds of the main estate and is a short walk to the boat ramp on Inks Lake. Play horseshoes, washers, or corn hole on the lawn, or watch TV from the pool. Teach the kids to fish or just enjoy the view from your private patio. The space Large tree covered yard that backs up to two acre pond with lots of fish and wild life viewing, it’s common to see geese and herons as well as hawks and the occasional bald eagle. Multiple fruit and pecan trees are in the yard and seasonal, including peaches, plums, figs, pears, mulberries and blackberries. The deer often come down to drink across from the guesthouse as well as other wildlife. The hammock is a great place to take in the view. The pool has a large waterfall and a jump rock in the deep end, there are also bubblers on the shallow deck for toddlers. Pool toys are stored poolside for your enjoyment. Both pavilions are covered and have fans, the main pavilion contains a fridge, built in cooler, dishwasher, gas grill with side burners, sink with hot and cold water and big screen tv to watch from the pool. Second pavilion has stainless steel prep table with sink and hot/cold water, pellet smoker, large gas griddle, wood fired pizza oven and heated outdoor shower with privacy louvres. Also available upon request: corn hole, horseshoes, washers, fishing poles, axe throwing wall (adult supervision required). There are numerous fun things to do throughout the property and we are happy to accommodate when possible. If you have a specific request, please ask. Guest access Guest have access to the guesthouse and pool area, as well as the outdoor kitchen and both pavilions including the heated outdoor shower. Access to the pond and pontoon boat are also available for guests to enjoy as well as the entire yard including the tree fort and play area. Guests do not have access to the work shop, garages, or main residence. The large fire pit is seasonal and is only available on request if burn ban not in effect.
