Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Our cozy two bedroom cottage overlooking Lake Champlain can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. The bedrooms have two single beds in each. The full kitchen and lounge/living room is divided by a floating island that can be convertibly used for dining, bar, entertainment or dedicated work space. Outside you’ll find the grill and two spacious decks, one overlooking the lake while a second overlooks the meadow. The space The five acre property boasts a large meadow with an ornamental frog pond and clean lawns around three residences. Guests are welcome anywhere on our lot, but should respect the privacy of our neighbors. They can safely walk the 400 yard driveway and trails in the adjacent woods, but be on the lookout for the fairy houses! There are approximately 400 feet of varying shoreline. The view to the south includes the main swimming beach with its sandy bottom, once out a few feet from shore. A small dock is situated to the east in the back bay, a more isolated setting. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage with private lake side deck and entryway deck. They may peruse the full two acre meadow with frog pond, the beach in front of our three residences, the walking paths in the woods, and the back bay dock area.
