If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. For early check in and late check out, the fee is $75 per hour. Please inquire to confirm availability. -The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $110 per day and the spa can be heated for $75 per day. We request at least 12 hours' notice prior to your stay. The pool will not be heated during summer months. NO LOUD PARTIES, BANDS or EVENTS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. The city citation $10,000 will be guests responsibility.
