This covers standard pet turnover. • If there is excessive pet hair, pet odor, stains/soiling, or evidence of pets on beds/furniture without a cover, an additional cleaning charge may apply. • Any additional charges will be supported by time-stamped photos and/or a cleaner invoice/time log showing the extra work required. Winter Months can be VERY cold. I’ve added extra heaters and electric blankets for your comfort but fair warning as the place can be chilling when temps get into the single digits
