Carriage House by the Sea

Built in 2022, this charming Carriage House is situated on a private road, just a half mile to Ogunquit Village and 1 mile to our award winning Ogunquit beach. The open concept living/dining area features a heat pump which provides on demand air conditioning or heating depending on the season. The Carriage House features a king size bedroom, a 2 twin bedroom (each with Heat Pumps), a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer, and a pantry closet to store your things. The space Guests access the Carriage House through a private entrance with 5 digit entry code. The Carriage House is built above a 2 car garage on our residential property. We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible as there are 19 stairs to access the Carriage House. The space is NON SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed Guest access Guest have full access to the entire Carriage House, as well as access to a gas grill and an outdoor patio with a 4 seat table, 2 seat loveseat and 2 additional cushioned chairs. Free parking for 2 cars onsite To reduce wear and tear on the Carriage House we ask that no additional guests, outside of the original number registered, are allowed. Other things to note Nearby attractions: A wide variety of restaurants, ice cream, candy & chocolate shops, art galleries, souvenir, jewelry, clothing and antique shops. Walk the Marginal Way trail with stunning views of the coastline. Local Trolley's run in the summer throughout the town for convenience. Watch a play at the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, boat rides, golf and mini-golf, all close by.
