The space *Located only 13 minutes from the entrance of Lassen National Park, *20 minutes to Shingletown *45 minutes to Redding *30 minutes to Burney Falls and *5 minutes to Eskimo Hill *steps away from world class fishing in Hat Creek! INSIDE The cabin combines rustic country charm with mid-century modern finishes. You will be treated to all the luxuries with 3 queen size beds, a couch sleeper sofa in the living room, and a sunroom with a comfy couch to take in the views on a chilly morning, play board games with the family, or sip on wine and read a book. Upstairs you will enjoy a cozy loft space, walk-in closet, desk and chair if you need to work, and a private bathroom. Charming real-wood fireplace, living room has a large sofa sleeper and recliner, record player to relax to music, large wall mounted TV, a dining room that seats 6, and fully equipped kitchen with fresh coffee and tea. Fresh drinking water is included. Extra chairs are available. * the closest grocery store is 25 minutes away- please plan accordingly. There is a convenience store a few miles down the road with coffee, soda, beer, a limited supplies. OUTSIDE Enjoy the sound of the creek rushing through the backyard, expansive private yard, enjoy dinner on the patio with outdoor lounge area and picnic tables, gas BBQ, fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole. The creek is about 50 feet from the cabin. This is a true couples paradise if you want a quiet peaceful getaway, or bring the whole family for a vacation you will never forget! Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin & garage (except storage area as marked on the outside door). These include: two bedrooms and an upstairs master loft with attached bathroom and walk in closet, enclosed sunroom, one car garage(no parking) and a long driveway with 2 or more parking spots. Fishing rods outdoor lawn games outdoor dining and seating wood firepit (only during permitted fire days) chairs creek- swim at your own risk Other things to note Water, coffee, tea will be provided to drink. There is a convenience store down the road if you need additional drinking water or supplies. A basket of firewood will be provided, if you feel you need additional firewood please plan accordingly. This is a cabin located in the remote mountains of Lassen and Shasta County, sometimes internet and cell service is not available, we find you won't even be on your phones or the tv because the creek and the property is so beautiful there is plenty to do! This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood, please no parties or events. If family or friends will join you for the day please let me know, usually this isn't a problem as long as it doesn't violate our maximum guest policy. Shasta County adds an addition tax to STR, which is passed on to the guest. sorry, I hate it too!
