The Shop

Welcome to The Shop! The Shop is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath living space. Sleeps six. Kitchen/living/dining and powder bath are downstairs. Three bedrooms + full bath are upstairs. Enjoy a walk around our 5.5 acre, view the pond and and even say hi to Jack the donkey or his bestie Val (a former race horse). Texas Rose Horse Park - 1.6 mi (5 min) Canton First Monday - 22 mi (25-30 min) Downtown Lindale - 7 mi (15 min) South Tyler - 18 mi (25 min) Faulkner Park - 19 mi (25 min) Dallas - 77 mi (1.5 hrs) The space Only 5 min off I-20 but feels like you're out in the country. Take a quiet walk around our 5.5 acres. Walk along the creek or around the pond and don't forget to wave hello to our horse and donkey, Val and Jack. Only a 5 min drive to the beautiful Texas Rose Horse Park. 25-30 min drive to Canton's First Monday About 15 minutes from cute little downtown Lindale - Darden Park, The Cannery, The Pink Pistol 25 min drive to Faulkner Park Plenty of restaurants and shopping in South Tyler, about 25 min drive. Approx 1.5hrs to Dallas Guest access Guests have access to the full 1500 sqft of living space. Other things to note The Shop is a multi-use building. The living/airbnb space and our shared work space. This means that, depending on when your stay is, you may have to share the (large) parking pad.
