The quiet neighborhood and two-level layout give everyone room to spread out - kids downstairs with board games, adults upstairs with wine. The space The main level has a bright family room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto the patio. Outside: outdoor furniture, dining table, gas grill, and a fully fenced yard where dogs can run free. Two bedrooms are on this level - one with a queen, the other with a full bed and twin trundle. A full bathroom is in the hallway between them. Downstairs: a second family room with another pull-out couch, a pool table, board games, and a laundry closet. The master bedroom is also on this level with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom - the quietest room in the house. The split-level layout works great for groups: kids and games downstairs, adults and kitchen upstairs, everyone meets on the patio. Guest access Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest. Other things to note Parking: There is a single car driveway and space to park on the street in front of the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
