The ground floor living room is also equipped with a sofa bed. ✦ The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, raclette set, fondue set, electric filter coffee machine and Keurig are available. ✦ The dining room is furnished with a large table that can seat 10 guests. ✦ In the living area you can enjoy a smart TV allowing you to connect to your favorite apps. ✦ The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, heated floors and drinking water. There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one in the basement with a shower. The washer and dryer will be accessible. ✦ Outside, you will enjoy the hot tub and a magnificent view. Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for the storage spaces. Other things to note *ATTENTION* The cottage is in a developing area, so the roads are not paved yet. From November to April we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle AND winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing costs, or costs incurred. ⚠️ Due to the natural and wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this. * AUDIO DEVICE * It is strictly forbidden to party at the cottage. In addition to a security camera pointing to the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound our neighbors can hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record sound. *CAMERAS* Please note there are security cameras outside the chalet. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of the tenants, no cameras point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or disconnect them, this act will be considered as an attempt to conceal important items and will immediately terminate the rental without refund. * LAKE ACCESS * Lake access is possible between May 15 and October 15. Access to Lac Noir is about a 4-minute drive down the mountain. This consists of a small path of about 100 meters that will take you to a dock. There are no watercraft available. *PETS* One small dog per reservation can be accepted with an extra cleaning fee of $120 and a security deposit of $500. We'll ask for information about this one (size) before accepting it. *TV* We have 2 smart TVs in the chalet but we do not offer cable. * BUILT-IN SOUND SYSTEM* Compatible with the Spotify music app only *FIREPLACE* A wood-burning fireplace is available for your use. We don't provide wood. Also, you should bring your small wood and/or paper to make it easier to start. * OUTDOOR FIREPLACE * The outdoor fireplace is available from May 1st to November 15th. *TOILET* **Do not dispose of ANY waste (feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms in the toilet, etc.), as this could block the septic tank. An additional $1500 fee will be charged for any misuse of our toilet.
