ATTENTION! PROPERTY IS IN THE CITY OF PIRAJU. Inside a farm surrounded by lots of greenery, it is 5 km from downtown Piraju, a waterfall 200 m away, maximum of 3 guests, option to accommodate 3 more guests in suite 2 if available. Common use: swimming pool, barbecue, full kitchen, orchard, chickens, cows, flowers and shrubs. Rest, read, enjoy a wine, date, live in harmony with family and nature, enjoy waterfall baths, trails, bring your bike. The space The suites have a double bed, an inflatable single mattress for a possible third guest in each suite, a digital TV, a window with an external anti-insect screen, a blackout curtain, a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. For community use: - Balcony of the two suites. - Barbecue and Wi-Fi signal. - Bathroom and barbecue room. - Swimming pool with outdoor shower. Guest access Optionally, guests can access the kitchen of the main house in an emergency, if we are not there, just ask the housekeeper. Other outdoor areas such as the garden, orchard, vegetable garden, chicken coop and surroundings are freely accessible to the guest. Other things to note Make your stay safe, comfortable, and unforgettable. 1-Small pets are welcome. 2-Be sure to accompany children and pets in the pool, barbecue and stove areas, access is FREE, always accompany them in the field, gardens and trails. 3-Don't forget to bring repellents, sunscreens, caps, hats, sunglasses and frequently used medicines. 4-Do not smoke in the suites, barbecue area, bathrooms and shower room. 5-Except for the suites, the other areas are shared, try to coordinate with the other guests: quiet hours, breakfast, lunch, dinner, use of the barbecue, try to meet your neighbor, many friendships arise from these small encounters in life. 6-As a courtesy, every morning during your stay, we will leave a thermos of coffee in the sink behind the water fountain, and the sugar will be in the refrigerator to prevent ants from invading the container. 7-It is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN for any guests to enter any spaces of the farm.
