With beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, the first floor offers an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with charming decor and wonderful Gulf views. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats up to 6 and the living room offers a large flat screen TV and direct access to the covered deck with 1 patio table, 4 chairs, and a breath taking view of the beach and gulf over the pool. This level also offers a half bath for your convenience. The second floor south king bedroom with a full private bathroom has a flat screen TV and direct access to another private, covered deck that is perfect for morning coffee while enjoying another spectacular beach view. The north bedroom offers a queen bed with a full private bathroom also has a flat screen TV. A convenient laundry room with washer/dryer is located on this floor.
