The house is located 4 minutes from the A89 motorway exit allowing you quick access to all the jewels of the region: Brive, Tulle, Uzerche... and close to amenities (bakery within walking distance)... The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is very bright and comfortable. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED LINEN IS IN ADDITION (15E/person) The space The house is composed of two floors of 100 m2 each, very bright and spacious with high ceilings: - 1st floor: very large kitchen (central table: old grocery island, around which 14 guests can take place) equipped with decorative elements that are a nod to the 50 years of service of the grocery store, a desk/library corner and open to the entrance area and the central staircase in solid oak. A disco lounge (authentic decoration of the 60s-70s) with many games for children, an adult lounge: Chesterfield atmosphere and smoking room (embroidery and photographs of the time) and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer that is in the back shop that has also kept its ancestral shelves. Large storage closet for shoes and coats - 2nd floor: 4 large bright bedrooms all with large windows: the yellow master bedroom with double exposure and a large bathroom (shower and bathtub) adjoining and private, the arty darkroom and the jungle room which are each connected by a door to the blue bathroom (shower and double sink). The blue room has a sink-toilet corner. The blue bathroom is accessible to all through an exterior door that overlooks the landing of the floor and is right next to the toilet. The whole floor is in old solid parquet. All door frames are new. The 200 m2 of the house were completely renovated and decorated 3 years ago. You have access to the garden from the back of the house with a large driveway where ball games/table tennis, petanque safely are possible, or park two cars.
