This unique place has a style all its own. Our house is designed down to the last detail to make our guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. A comfortable, functional loft-style space with the highest quality and good design. Many lamps to create different environments and during the day very good natural lighting since all the rooms have windows to the outside. Fully prepared for short and long stays. The space The kitchen has everything you need: an oven, blender, dishwasher, juicer, Nespresso... The dining room is right next door and is very spacious, prepared for up to 6 people and a sideboard for storage. The living room has a 3m sofa and a projector to connect your personal computer and entertain yourself in a different way. There is also a bookshelf full of art, design, and curiosity books that separates the living room from the bedroom. The room is spacious and has a very comfortable queen-size bed with four pillows and a large closet. The bathroom has a very original design but above all it is very practical with a wonderful and comfortable shower. The office area has a large table with storage area, a chair and a 21¨monitor to work better. The WiFi is fast and efficient. Next to the desk is a closet with a washing machine, ironing board, and some cleaning utensils. The house's windows insulate outside noise and the temperature very well. In addition, the house is acoustically insulated from our neighbors. Guest access It takes 20/25 minutes by car from the airport and the M30 is 400m away. We have two metro stops very close, Peñagrande (line 7) a 5-minute walk on the same street and Barrio del Pilar (line 9) 10 minutes away. Chamartín train station is a 9-minute drive away, we are 7 minutes from Plaza Castilla and 6 minutes from the Torres de Castellana. On our street it is very easy to park during the day but it is paid parking. Free street parking is available three blocks away, and it's very easy to find a spot all day long. There are also several bus stops to every part of the city. In this neighborhood you can find everything, multiple supermarkets such as Mercadona, Ahorramás, Alcampo, Carrefour express, Lidl, El Corte Ingles... Fruit shops, haberdasheries, shoe shops, bars, restaurants, hardware stores... A neighborhood with everything you need including a shopping center, La Vaguada. It is also very close to the hospitals of La Paz, Gregorio Marañón, Carlos III and the Ruber International Clinic. In any case, our future guests can always ask us for help and we will be happy to recommend the best options for everything they need ;) Other things to note Shoes are NOT allowed inside the apartment. Events, gatherings, or parties are NOT allowed. Smoking is forbidden.
