This house is conveniently located just around the corner from the Vermillion community center, a short distance to downtown vermilion, 25 minutes to Cedar Point. this house can accommodate five people as it is a two bedroom home with a full size bed in the master bedroom and one set of bunks and a single bed in the spare bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. This house has all necessary amenities including washer and dryer. The space This house was built in 1900 and has been remodeled back to new condition including the foundation. It's extremely energy efficient and full of new/modern amenities including smart TVs, furniture, bedding, appliances, deep bath tub, and cabinetry. It has everything necessary for daily survival including pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. It has a five stage reverse osmosis water filtration system installed at the kitchen sink. It has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and also has Wi-Fi. Guest access This is a freestanding house with the whole house being accessible. Other things to note Upon arrival, the keys to the house are in the lockbox hanging on the door handle. there are two keys inside. I would suggest leaving one in there in the event you accidentally lock yourself out. I will send you the lockbox code before your arrival.
