Nestled on a lush, lakefront lot on the secluded yet accessible Pleasant Lake is this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath family getaway. Tastefully face-lifted and decorated, Woodhaven was thoughtfully put together to give you a true taste of lakeside serenity in Southeastern Wisconsin, surrounded by trees and a lake view that is tough to beat. Entering through the driveway-facing door, guests will be greeted by a beautifully renovated galley kitchen, fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. Beyond the kitchen, an open-concept floor plan framed by panoramic lake and nature views provides the perfect atmosphere to gather, entertain, and make vacation memories for years to come. Step out onto the massive, wraparound deck for evening cocktails, grilling, and games as you enjoy a vibrant westward-facing sunset over the lake. Two bedrooms can be found on the main level entertainment space: the primary suite (king) and a secondary bedroom consisting of two twins and a full desk should you need space to work, or for longer stays (WiFi has a strong connection throughout the house). This level offers a spacious fully-renovated bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Moving downstairs, the walk-out lower level is just as alluring. Here, guests will find a cozy secondary entertainment lounge including a TV and a table for puzzles, board or card games; perfect for the kids as the adults unwind upstairs. Just around the corner, an in-unit laundry, wet bar, and an additional refrigerator add to the convenience factor of this serene retreat. Rounding out the lower level is a bunk room (twin/twin bunk, two standalone twins) ideal for children (or adults!) who don't mind a having a few roommates. A half bathroom conveniently serves the lower level. The lake is easily accessed from the upper deck or lower patio via a fully railed staircase. By the dock, guests will find kayaks, paddle boards, and a space to tie up a smaller boat if desired (note: Pleasant Lake is a "slow-no-wake" lake, and boat/pontoon rentals are available nearby). Enjoy fishing and swimming right off the dock in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Alpine Valley and 20 minutes from Grand Geneva, this East Troy home also offers cozy accommodations for your next ski trip. Nearby, East Troy and Elkhorn offer many dining and shopping opportunities, both only about a ten minute drive. Downtown Lake Geneva is just a few more minutes away (about 20), perfect for strolling the shops or dining, although once settled into this home you will not want to venture out.
