Family home "Les Hirondelles"

Old farmhouse, typical of the Gâtinais Montargois region, renovated into a warm family gîte. Saint Maurice sur Fessard is a village ideally located between Montargis and Orléans, a stone's throw from the Scandibérique for cycling enthusiasts, ideal for weekends in the countryside! Even if a real road passes next to the house! 😉 The space 🏡 Single-storey house restored over the years by Grandpa Francis, with large wooded land around, fenced, two terraces at the front and back with barbecue, garden tables and chairs, deckchairs, and the play hut for children (family design😉). Gas heating and wood-burning stove that is essential to operate in winter for optimum comfort of the house. And for the wood-fired atmosphere 🔥 🛋️ On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen and a large living room - dining room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and three bedrooms: two are equipped with double beds and a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children. Upstairs there is a large landing with a sofa bed and a small desk, a bathroom with shower, and two closed bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 🧺 Towels and sheets provided, but beds not made. 🧻 Basic necessities also provided (mats, tea towels, toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, household products...) as well as some basic kitchen items, or left on site by previous hosts (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, seasonings...) Guest access 🚙 You access the house through a gate that allows you to bring several cars on site and park them in the courtyard without worry. Other things to note 🐶🐈 Pets are welcome, as long as they are as well behaved as their owners 😉 (It can even happen that some leave a few souvenirs on the lawns, just so you know, we struggle to track down every passage 🤭)
