A few blocks from the entertainment district, endless dining, and shopping options. The space - Professionally cleaned and disinfected after each guest checks out. - 100% private and unshared entire modern condominium unit. The condo is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Features include: - 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed (sofa bed is recommended for 1 adult or 2 small children) - 50 inch HDTV Smart TV - Fridge, Freezer - Oven, Stove, Microwave - Coffee Machine - Cookware, plates, utensils, cups, glasses - Unshared washer, dryer, dishwasher - Large closets, hangers, organizers - Iron and ironing board - Shower, towels, shampoo, shower gel - Vacuum and mop for extended stays - Fast and reliable 500mbps free wifi. Good for work/study from home & Zoom meetings. Completely private space. The entire unit is yours to enjoy. There isn't anyone else to share the space with you. Other things to note Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal under the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy. No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking). There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes. I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-located space. We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program in Toronto that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay if your group is mostly under 25. This is a residential condo with mostly long-term residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
