Living Area Enjoy an open layout with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" TV that has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ installed, ready for you to sign in and watch your favorite show/event or to unwind for movie night. Kitchen & Dining Inside the kitchen, you’ll find all you need to cook your meals. In the morning, you'll have a Keurig coffee maker (pods and coffee pot) to start your day. We've tried to make sure you'll have everything you need to get you started on your stay while you're here, so make yourself at home! The dining table seats 6 comfortably with seating also available at the kitchen island. Bed & Bath The home sleeps 9 guests in 4 separate bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a new Casper mattress. Each bathroom will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Primary bedroom has a king bed, with an ensuite bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is the bunk room with a twin over a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The three bathrooms each have a shower and two bathrooms provide a tub. Outdoor Space The house offers an outdoor patio seating for your enjoyment after a day of golf or shopping. In the evening, relax with your drink of choice and enjoy the stars. Children If you are traveling with any little ones, please reach out and we can let you know what type of items on hand. While our home is family friendly it is not child-proof. Guest access Store your car and golf clubs in the large 2 car garage. Guests will be provided an entry code and information about the house prior to arrival. Other things to note Golf cart rentals available locally through Village Golf Cart Rentals of Pinehurst. They will deliver and drop off at the property. The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old. *In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with three exterior cameras.
