Families are welcome! 10 min. walk to the medieval half-timbered town, 10 min. to the forest! The space The large living room offers plenty of space with a small, simply equipped kitchenette, dining table and seating area, a sofa bed, which can be pulled out to a double bed if necessary; Wi-Fi, TV, CD/DVD, radio, library and toys are available. In the bedroom with a king-size bed 180 x 210 cm, plus a single bed 90 x 190, wardrobe and desk; extra bed or baby bed can also be accommodated. The small bedroom is furnished with a 210 cm long single bed, table and chest of drawers, optionally also a baby crib. Bathroom with sink, tub and toilet, as well as a storage room complete the apartment. Guest access The large garden, swing and playground equipment can be used. A rustic seating area in the lower area of the garden as well as 2 sun loungers are available for the guests. Other things to note Our house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the stairwell. No pets in the apartment! Check-in/check-out times must be agreed in advance. Keys are only given to guests who can identify themselves. Hand washing only in the apartment! Use of washer and dryer can optionally be booked on site. Our guests are considerate and avoid noise, especially from 10 pm to 7 am. Thank you!
