The Boho — Under 1 Mile to the Square

We cordially invite you to make the Tin Roof Inn your Oxford retreat! Check out both of our units - the Boho and the brand new Demure. Whether you are visiting Oxford for the weekend to attend one of its world-class festivals or sporting events or are seeking a week-long writing retreat in the footsteps of Oxford's literary giants, the Tin Roof Inn offers a modern abode just a short walk away from the Oxford Square, campus, and Rowan Oak. The space Welcome to the Boho! This whole home is yours and is outfitted with everything you need for a care-free visit to Oxford and Ole Miss. The spaces include: Two large bedrooms each with a king bed, large dresser, full-length mirror, bedside tables and lamps with charging cords, television logged into Hulu with LiveTV, ESPN +, and Disney +, ceiling fan, air purifier, and closet. When three beds are desired, the living room sofa transitions smoothly into a queen bed. Have a little one joining the fun? We’ve got a travel crib just for them so they can have peaceful sleep and you can have peace of mind. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo, bright lighting and fan. The living room has two chairs and couch for seating, and a television logged into Hulu with LiveTV, ESPN +, and Disney +, so you can check in and turn on the game right away. The dining room seats four, and the kitchen has all of the large and small appliances the trip will call for - fridge with ice maker, filtered water, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and K Cup brewer. Washer and dryer can be found in the utility room along with a high chair for your little one, plus plenty of room to store luggage, coolers, travel ball gear, and shopping bags from your trip to the Square. Front porch coffee and back patio fire pit await you, with seating provided for each outdoor location. Our desire is for our properties to be more than just a bed at the end of a full day. We’ve designed these condos to be comfortable respites for you and your friends and family while visiting our wonderful town.
