The efficiency unit located on the first floor toward the back of the home. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 walk-in closet. The walk-in closet also has a twin XL bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Besides the infrequent sound, you won’t know the main house tenants are there at all. Please let me know of any pets joining you for special accommodations :) Other things to note - hairdryer - microwave - air purifier - handheld shower head - contact charging for phones (no cables needed) - temperature controlled electric fireplace that can heat or cool - ceiling fan - your own personal temperature control for central A/C and heating.
