Stunning riverside walks. Perfect for families, friends and business stays. The space This is a modern house in historic Rotherhithe with its cobble street and old world feel. Our home is on four floors but there is a double bedroom and shower room (with Sauna) on the ground floor for those who might struggle with the stairs. We have off-street parking (incredible this close to the city) a pretty garden and a balcony . The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including basic food items (kindly replace what you use up). Upstairs in the lounge we have a comfortable space to relax: TV, plenty of seating, a desk/workspace area and even a piano (we are musicians so this is our most prized and precious belonging). Use it if you can play! There are four double rooms, the master bedroom having a king size bed, en suite bathroom, balcony with river views and nice little table and chairs. The huge top floor bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed . This room would be perfect for two children/teens to share or parents and children. We provide linen, towels and quality bath products. We hope that you find that this is a great value home, even if your group less than eight people, especially given the location, space and amenities. In all this house will suit a family of eight people very comfortably. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourselves which includes a garden, four bedrooms, kitchen/dinner and spacious lounge. There is off-street parking in front of the house which is a rare find this close to central London. We use two rooms to keep personal belongings in. These are locked and not available to guests. Other things to note This is our family home and as we are often away in the school holidays, we like to share it with others. This is not a professional listing and our home will be homely - not a bleak and barren hotel! It will be immaculately clean and tidy and you will find everything you need to have a great London stay. You are welcome to use what you find (and please replace what you use) and in return we ask that you are kind in the way you use the space.
