We only welcome guests who have the following habits: closing the toilet door, not taking toilet slippers outside, drying wet towels on the towel rack, wiping them if they are dirty, and flushing used toilet paper down the toilet. - There is no kitchen where you can cook, but a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle are provided. Please refrain from alcohol The space We offer an 8 tatami mat Western-style room in a traditional Japanese house as a bedroom. It locks. Only one person will be staying per day, so you will not be sharing the toilet, washroom, or shower room with other guests. The closet is large enough, so please store all your personal belongings in the bedroom. You can leave the minimum necessary toiletries and bath supplies in the washroom and shower room. Also, you can leave wet umbrellas and shoes at the entrance. Please be careful when handling food, as pests, mold, and odors can occur throughout the facility, including the host's living space. Guest access The 1st floor entrance, stairs, and the unenclosed part of the 2nd floor. During your stay The guest bedroom is upstairs. As a rule, hosts who live downstairs will meet guests in person and see them off. During the guest's stay, we will communicate with each other through Airbnb messages, and the host will support the guest in person as needed. Other things to note There is no bike storage. Syringes (especially those brought from guests' home countries) require special handling by medical professionals. Please do not dispose of them as ordinary garbage and take them all home with you. If you don't, you'll be asked to pay a considerable amount of compensation. We welcome those who practice recycle, reuse, and reduce. If significant dirt is found after you leave, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. A 50,000 yen charge will be made for damage or loss of the front door key or the guest's private room key due to the guest's carelessness. For any other damage attributable to the guest, we will bill you based on the repair cost estimate. Please do not forget anything, as there is a 5,000 yen fee for each item forgotten.
