Close to hospital, library, dog/walking track & groceries. TV, Roku, games, fast WIFI, Nintendo (old school). Stocked kitchen w/ coffee supplies & fenced back yard. Behind main house & completely independent, including your covered carport parking and entrance. The space - 4 burner stove/oven - Full-size fridge - Keurig, Drip & French press - Electric tea kettle - Microwave - Small crockpot - Toaster - Toaster oven - Mini bullet - Cooking supplies - Island w/ plenty of prep space. - Washer/dryer - Tiled shower w/ fixed shower head & hand wand - Abundant on demand hot water - Electric heater/fireplaces - Small office (beautiful oak desk with lamp) - USB port outlets - Doggy potty bags Guest access Plenty of street parking PLUS the driveway parking spot fits 1-2 vehicles. The entrance to the suite is under the carport and to the right of the main house. The carport is narrow but fits compact cars easily. You are welcome to use backyard for your fur babies if needed. Currently there is a fenced chicken coupe also in the backyard. Other things to note Blow dryer, iron and toiletries are located in the cabinet by the bathroom. There are supplies for 1-2 loads of laundry located in the drawer under the washer/dryer unit. A Bose speaker in the living room. A first aid kit, baby bottle cleaning kit and more in kitchen drawer. Toys located inside entertainment center under TV. PLEASE NOTE....The inside front door light, over the sink light and room light all have a NIGHTLIGHT FEATURE. Flip switch up you have a regular light, flip it down and back up you have a soft warm nightlight.
