The living room features a Serta sofa that unfolds into a queen size bed capable of sleeping 1-2. Rooms have been reinforced acoustically to provide more privacy. The two burner induction stovetop and toaster/air fryer allow you to prepare meals, and coffee is always provided. Ample closet space is available in both the bedroom and the living room. The apartment features a dual mini-split air conditioning system allowing you to control the temperature of each room. Guests love the new patio mural painted by a local Tallahassee artist! Perfect for sitting outside to enjoy a sunny Florida day! The apartment is part of larger house but there are no connecting walls or doors between the units. Guests report that they feel more privacy than any hotel. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, and the parking is dedicated to you and your vehicles only. Feel free to stroll the back yard or explore the safe neighborhood! Other things to note No loud music and no parties are allowed at this property. I love dogs! But please use the dog blankets and towels (in the living room closet) if they tend to jump onto furniture. For safety, there is a security camera facing the parking area on the patio. The parking area is lit at night and will just allow for two normal sized vehicles - just be careful as you pull in and out!
