The free seasonal beach set includes two padded lounge chairs and one umbrella right on the beach and is available from March 1st until October 31st. Just come to the beach and enjoy! ***Our pools are consistently heated to 80°F year-round! During warm weather, the heater is in standby mode. In colder months (late October to early April +/-), the heater automatically turns on if the pool water drops below 80°F. During winter, the temperature may be increased to up to 85°F. Our maintenance team checks the pools daily to ensure the temperature is correct. ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo: *Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (heated 80-85°) *Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around) *Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time) *Uncovered Outdoor Beachfront Pool (heated 80-85°) *Partially Covered Lazy River (heated 80-85°) *Frog Pad for little ones (not heated at any time) ***All amenities are open all year around!!! ***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reason for a refund to be issued. Other things to note *The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort. *The guest must be 21 years old to be able to rent this condo. ID is required at the time of registration. *No pets. The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied. *Absolutely no smoking. *No party allowed in the unit ***We are providing a starting kit for our guests, which includes dishwasher detergents, paper towels, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for each bathroom, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own. ***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies, so make sure to bring some of your favorites. ***-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more, and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony doors are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter.
