Whipbird Tree House is an older home nestled in a Buderim suburban rainforest pocket. 15min walk to a local bus stop that takes passengers to USC & Maroochy bus station and shops, 5min drive to Buderim Village & cafes, 10min to Mooloolaba, Alex & Maroochydore beaches, 20mins to Sunshine Coast Airport, 45 min to Noosa and 1hr to Brisbane City. The space Private bedroom, Q size bed, built in wardrobes, fan, clothes drying rack, desk, bedside lamp, towels, local tourist information, small fridge, tea & coffee. Shared guest bathroom is cleaned daily. Guest access Onsite parking, internet, deck BBQ's, full use of household kitchen, laundry, common first floor lounge areas. During your stay Brooke works as a Town Planning consultant from her home business studio and is onsite to make you feel welcome on arrival and assist you over your stay. Our family give our guests space but are available when needed to help you. We enjoy listening to your travel stories and our guests always feel welcome and comfortable and leave as friends. Other things to note The property is located in a private gated estate, after hours estate access instructions will be given to guests. Due to the bushland surrounds, morning bird song can be expected. Host's family, cats and dogs live here too. Ps. Uber eats deliver to this property if you don't feel like going out or cooking.
