Laura's House in Chianti - large & charming house

Our spacious and elegant house is perfect for group travel or large families. From here you can enjoy the sweet panorama of the Tuscan hills and the view of the ancient village and the perfectly preserved medieval castle. You can relax in the garden, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, or explore the enchanting surroundings of the Tuscan hills where you can explore ancient villages and the many wineries scattered throughout the area. The space The house consists of 2 floors; on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a table for 6/8 people and a large living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 triple with 3 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The two double bedrooms have a terrace from which you can admire the view of the valley and the medieval castle. From the living area there is direct access to the garden where you will find a large table and weber for your outdoor barbecues. The house is furnished with fine finishes, please take care of it as if it were your own. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor and the first floor. The basement floor of the property is not accessible. Other things to note Important AIR CONDITIONING info: please note that the house is not air-conditioned, although due to its prime location and exposure it keeps cool and breezy even in summer. Important hot water information: the boiler is located in the basement, and due to the distance from the upstairs bathrooms the hot water takes a few minutes to arrive.
