This special place is close to everything. Between pedestrian street and Storgata is surrounded by Bryggepromenaden and Nygaardsplassen, both with countless dining areas. The apartment is from 2020, appears as new. Inside it is functional and nice. Outside you are on a large porch with sun all day and large dining area, so you can have meals on the roof of the city. The view is beautiful over the city and down the river, towards Isegran and the Old Town. The space One bedroom with king size bed (or controlled). The living room has a super sofa bed that with one move is converted into a ready-made, king-size double bed (180 wide) with spring mattress. Perfect if you are 4 who are going to sleep, but also if you are only two and want to watch movies with high comfort. Modern and open kitchen, with integrated appliances Modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. The amazing 5th floor patio might be a highlight that makes you want to spend most of your time outside if the weather allows it. From here, you can keep up with a lot of things happening in the city, and on the river. The beautiful Dampskipsbrygga and Festplassen have plenty to provide. In the basement we have the popular beer house TÆPS that delivers quality food, drinks, and occasionally concerts. It's clear that if you don't like city noises, you should stay somewhere else. But, on the fifth floor, it's subdued, because for us it's just the right level. There is little traffic noise. By the way, did we mention that the architect award-winning Nygaardsplassen is our backyard? Here there are delicious restaurants, cafes, bakery wine bar and all we need to live well.
