Facing the sea, the 3 large terraces offer the possibility to eat and enjoy the sun. Close to Aourir, the house is only 20 minutes from the center of Agadir. A small grocery store is 50 m away to help you out. The space Dar Akka is a large bright house with all the comforts. Whether you are looking for sea-related sports activities such as surfing (many spots from Aourir and just down from the house), mountain (walks in sublime sites overlooking the ocean), discovering tourist places for a day (Valley of Paradise, Immouzer waterfalls...), golfing (Taghazout just 5 km away with its 18 holes) or simply enjoying the beauty of the view, you will be delighted. This house, which is entirely dedicated to you, is run by Habiba and her daughter Kaoutar who speaks English. They live on part of the ground floor and are there to take care of you. They can prepare meals, tagines or couscous or, if you wish, in addition to the cleaning provided for in the contract, do daily cleaning if you wish. On the first floor you have a very large living room with dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a terrace to take your meals while admiring the sea. On the second floor, a loggia leads to two bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom and toilet, and a large terrace with flowers and sun loungers. On the third floor, another large terrace overlooked by a solarium with 360° views of Agadir Bay and the mountains. On the ground floor, a last bedroom with 2 beds with bathroom and toilet.
