Available only 01/01/2026 to 1/4/2026 (other adverts likely do not give Free Spa) The space 1862 is at the foothills just 15 minutes from Heavenly Ski resort down the 207 grade in a peaceful quaint area of Genoa, Nevada. 30 Minutes to South Lake Tahoe. 45 Minutes to Reno. A few years ago I invested an additional $7k which upgraded to the premium rooms here, Bodie building, same building as where you check in. Guest access Entire onsite Spa for FREE as my guest... this otherwise costs $50 daily: All recently upgraded... very professional staff [quite likely the other advertisements do Not offer FREE Access to the Natural Mineral Springs Hot Tubs / Sauna / Steam Room etc. etc. - I can because I am among the owners of the resort... so you're not just getting a room, you're getting a lot more. Hence, if you visited with 4 people to the Spa / Swimming Pool & Hot Tubs only on any given day - it would cost you more than $200 daily if you're not the guest of an owner] Other things to note When it is confirmed I will speak with the personnel at the front desk and your name shall be added... you may then call and confirm to the resort if you wish. The entire establishment has first-class hospitality.
