The space • The Altara Luxury Apartments are adorned with a modern style and sophisticated furnishings. • 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 large bathroom with bathtub and separate standing shower area) • My Khe Beach is located within a 2-minute walk. • All rooms and living spaces are equipped with air conditioning and TVs. • The bathrooms feature a bathtub, and essential items such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc., are provided according to the number of occupants. • We regularly hire professional services to clean, sanitize, and manage pest control in our space. • We offer free pick-up service for all stays • If the desired dates are already booked, please visit my profile to explore other available accommodations in the same apartment. Early check-in or late check-out requests depend on the reservation status, so please contact us to confirm availability. Note that additional fees may apply. Additionally, you can safely store your luggage in the building lobby before check-in and after check-out. Cleaning is included once every 4 nights, and if you desire additional cleaning, you can pay $10 (250,000 VND) for additional cleaning services. Please be cautious of losing your key card. If you need transportation and resevation to places like Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, or the Marble Mountains, I can arrange it for you at an additional cost. Hotel pickups and airport transfers are also available, each at $10 (250,000 VND), with a 7-seater vehicle. For stays of 28 nights or more, significant discounts apply. So electricity charges are billed separately based on usage, at a rate of around 3,500 VND per kWh. Additionally, complimentary cleaning services are provided once a week.
