Spacious Waterfront Lake Home

Welcome to The Echo Lakehouse, a waterfront luxury home on Echo Lake that is well suited for both family travel or adult weekend getaways. Just 45 minutes from Regina, the lake is a year round destination for relaxation and outdoor fun. The spacious home has many indoor and outdoor areas to gather for a drink, play a game, or curl up with a good book. The private dock is perfect for fishing, or swimming in the lake. And when you're ready to wind down, the hot tub will be ready. The space SLEEP With 4 bedrooms plus a spacious 3-bed loft, the house comfortably sleeps 14 people. Nearly all beds have brand new Endy mattresses, pillows, and bedding. BATH There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. - 1 ensuite in the upstairs master bedroom suite with freestanding tub and shower - 1 bathroom on main floor with bath/shower - 1 bathroom on lower level with shower EAT The kitchen is equipped with a natural gas stove/electric oven, dishwasher, natural gas BBQ, cookware, bakeware, cutlery, as well as a VitaMix blender, InstaPot, and a stand mixer. We will provide salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, and tin foil. DRINK The entire home features super clean reverse osmosis water. No need to pack bottled water - you can drink from any tap! The kitchen has a Ninja dual coffee maker that can make a pot of regular drip coffee or a single cup from a Keurig pod (plus it has a milk frother!). We include a coffee station with all the fixings and will treat you to a sample of some locally roasted coffee. FUN Guests will have access to yard games, board games, poker chips, puzzles, a shuffleboard table, Nintendo Wii, and a dedicated toy room for those travelling with little ones. There is also a large sand-filled area on one of the decks near the water - we call it the beach! Perfect for sunbathing or sand castles. The hot tub is a 5 person capacity and is located just a few steps out the lower patio door. The hot tub is available for use year round. WATER There is a canoe, kids' kayaks, and a few lifejackets available for guest use. The dock and beachfront are private, though the beach is stone covered as is typical of lakes in the area. Water shoes are recommended. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin, decks, yard, and waterfront. No access to the garage. Other things to note There is parking available in the driveway year round for 2-3 vehicles. Additional public parking is available in a grassy area across the street in warmer months. Note that parties, bachelor/bachelorette getaways, wedding groups, or any events causing excessive noise are not permitted.
