We have a mooring for your boat too. Guest access The entire home and property are yours. Other things to note All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. No docking of boat at the swimming dock. Use the mooring instead. Outdoor water activities and dock are only available during summer months (approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day). 2 car max parking. See parking note on Happy Guest
